Our Style & Approach

 

The Documentary style of wedding photography is how we capture the whole of your wedding day. Usually associated with a chronological series of events, it is storytelling of a visual nature. The beauty of our style is that it tells the story of your day while capturing all of the associated emotions and events.

Traditional & Posed – Traditional or posed photography is the common portrait style. The subject of the photo is positioned to capture the light or a particular pose. We keep this style to a minimum and only really use it in group shot situations.

 

Coverage
We cover the whole of England including all major cities, counties and areas in between.
 
Multiple Photographers & Videographers
The lead photographer and associate photographer see and take far more images and content from different angles and views. If you have chosen a higher level package, I will have a larger team with me on your wedding day.

Images
Images are of the highest resolution. All images are yours and don't contain watermarks or copywriter restrictions.
We estimate at least 1000 on the day. You'll receive a link to all your images in a private online gallery within 1 month of your wedding day. (Summer months is 6 to 8 weeks).

Our Service
From 10.00am until 8.30pm, we are with you all day and cover your bridal preparation all the way through to your first dance at the end of the night. Everything in between is captured too.
 
Consultations
All consultations are done via video Zoom chat online.
 If your location is within reasonable travelling distance from me, I will arrange a consultation in person with you both.

Videography
We capture all those precious moments from your wedding day in HD video. On average the final amount of footage of your Documentary style Feature Video is around 30-40 minutes. This will have the whole of your ceremony, speeches and first dance in full. There will also be snippets of footage from throughout your day too. Your Cinematic Style Highlights Video is around 5 minutes. Final videos are delivered to you on USB within 6 weeks of your wedding day. (Summer months is up to 3 months).

 

Engagement Shoots

I take your images in a location that is special to you. Maybe where you first met or the place of your proposal with 3 hours of coverage and up to 300-400 images.

Deposits

Your £195 deposit signifies the commitment you have made in booking and securing your date with me. This is the biggest day of your life and we are committed to it just as much as you are. We're very honoured to be considered for one of the most important roles of your wedding day.
